In order to hold the 14th anniversary of MAN 1 Kubu Raya, several competitions will be held which can be participated in by SMP/MTs students throughout Kubu Raya Regency and MAN 1 Kubu Raya students. The activity will be held on 14-20 November 2023, located at MAN 1 Kubu Raya.
There are several competitions that will be held, namely men’s and women’s volleyball competitions, table tennis competitions and hadrah competitions. These three competitions can be participated by SMP/MTs students throughout Kubu Raya Regency. Apart from that, MAN 1 Kubu Raya students can take part in creative dance competitions and bazaars. Then, for the main event, several activities will be held, namely Tasyakuran, Tumpeng Rice Cutting, Art Performance, and finally the distribution of competition prizes.
Anggara, one of the competition committee members, said that this year’s anniversary was very lively because it was attended by students from SMP/MTs throughout Kubu Raya Regency. He also said that they had arranged a series of events and the committee was ready to make this event a success. Furthermore, Anggara said that one of the aims of this activity was to establish friendship between schools, and explore the potential and talents of SMP/MTs students.
